BODYCURE® CARDIO is based on fundamental movements of classical ballet. Don’t run away…. no one is trying to make a dancer of you! Ballet dancers have incredible muscle power, flexibility, rhythm, coordination, balance and speed.
BODYCURE® CARDIO takes these positives and turns them into a rigorous 25 minute workout for every one. The heart rate is up and oxygen is running through the blood: eliminating the body’s harmful waste products.
The large and small muscle groups are working systematically and simultaneously. Posture is lengthened and the pelvic floor (deep core) is constantly engaged.
For 25 minutes there is nothing about you that isn’t working for your physical and emotional benefit.

MOTIVATION

Resistance is the key word: your muscles are being strengthened as they lengthen which prevents the risk of an over stretch (weakening).
By increasing your flexibility through RESISTANCE STRETCHING your body wins an increase in power, speed and acceleration.
